Terms of Service

By commissioning, you accept the following terms of service -​

• I reserve the rights to the artwork. (e.g.: distribution, reproduction, etc.)

• I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate any pending commissions.

• I will not create or include anything NSFW or of discriminatory nature.

• All prices are in USD.

• Prices may change at any time. *Will not affect pending commissions.

• Full payment upfront is required for the work to begin.

• No refunds will be issued upon request.

• If the commission cannot be completed due to any circumstances, the commissioner will receive a refund in full.

• If the commission is not completed on a mutually agreed deadline, the commissioner will receive a refund in full and a late finished product.

• After the commission is finished, requests for minor adjustments are free.

• Significant changes requested during the first initial sketch update are free and a second initial sketch will be provided.

• Significant changes requested after the second initial sketch will be charged extra.

• Significant changes requested after the commission is finished will be charged again.​
